Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving them, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is not a perishable, personal care, or hygiene product (for health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned).

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ohmyhealth.co.za with your order details and reason for return. We will provide further instructions on the return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ohmyhealth.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
